DC Comics' Bronze Tiger and China White wreak havoc on the Glades. Oliver finds out that medicine being sent to Glades Memorial Hospital is being hijacked by thieves – and without an influx of supplies, the hospital will close. When Roy attempts to stop the thieves, he fails and is arrested by Officer Lance. Oliver gets into a heated battle with China White (recurring guest star Kelly Hu) and her new partner, Ben Turner, aka the Bronze Tiger (guest star Michael Jai White), over the supplies. Meanwhile, Laurel makes plans to catch the Arrow, and Thea gives Roy an ultimatum..

Too Dark to be EntertainingIts sorta Batmanish at first. A fantasy world saved by vigilantes. But as you go on, watching, you have to think that the show is political. It demonizes rich people as a category. Not that I am rich, but this show is playing the public, making a point, that rich people are categorically evil. It is maybe fodder for the envious. It is likely opiate for the masses. Too much Karl Marx, for my capitalist sympathies..Score: 2/5

Intensely EnjoyableThe sky is the limit for this series, they can do so much with it. In my opinion the first season was unusual in that it wasn't episodic so much as one long movie. They really pushed hard to create an excellent first season story ark that persisted and gave a gratifying ending. More than many shows I've seen lately. Justified, breaking bad and the Arrow have all been awesome. I don't lightly put Arrow in that category. It has a certain gravity to each episode that brings to light legitimate and difficult questions about humanity, our families and ourselves. How would we react too all of this. I expected the Arrow to be cheesy, like "the Cape. No such camp here. This is a gripping and very physical show. Win! However, why do the episodes show up so late on I Tunes. Hurry up guys...the whole world has seen it except for us poor saps who actually paid real money for this season..Score: 5/5
