Cinematic PerfectionAs someone who has seen the films and read the books I was skeptical going in. However, after watching season one I realized just how beautiful this composition piece is. Season two is splendid, pairing nuance and subtlety in regards to acting with an almost operatic sense of style, the show has outdone itself once again. By far the better telling of Hannibal, once you watch this show you realize just how over the top the films have been (and sadly Hopkins in particular), and just how perfect Mads Mikkelsen is in the part. Each actor fits as if in a puzzle perfectly, and as a female in the forensic sciences, I genuinely appreciate the inclusion of intelligent women. I hope that of everything in Bryan Fullers' repertoire this will be the project that fulfills the potential we have seen in his previous works such as Wonderfalls and Dead Like Me..Score: 5/5
Beautifully HorribleThis show is amazing - both to look at and listen to. It's dark, complex and highly intelligent. The imagery is intense to say the least - the darkest stuff I have ever seen on television - and it combines that with smart writing and amazing acting. Everyone on the show is at the top of their game, but special mention to Hugh Dancy and the unbelievable Mads Mikkelsen..Score: 5/5
AmazingIf you have a weak stomach then this show is not for you. It is one of the best written, acted, and shot shows on television. I am surprised this show even airs on NBC but regardless it is a treat. This version of Hannibal is the best of all the versions shot on the big screen. I’m not the biggest horror fan but the style of the show reminds me of the walking dead in that the horror portion is just a backdrop to the surreal events that take place on the show. Again I cannot recommend this show enough for any fan great television. One warning though, it is graphic and chilling..Score: 5/5
The Best Drama on TelevisionActing both minimal and operatic, writing that's at once horrifying and heartwrenching and darkly funny, and the kind of cinematography you only get in art films. Plus, it's taken a book series about a bunch of white dudes and added way more women and racial diversity. Which is awesome..Score: 5/5

A Must WatchI don't watch to many shows anymore. When The Sopranos ended there wasn't a show out there, that I looked forward to watching. Now there is, Hannibal. Hannibal is the best network TV show out there(in my opinion) at first I didn't think there was a actor in the world who could play Hannibal. I was proven wrong. The dialogue in the show is so well thought out. I love the fact that this series really gives Will Graham his due. They really don't go in depth about Will in the books, this is the guy who eventually beats Hannibal at his own game. I recommend this series to everyone who enjoys shows that really makes you think. It's not just the killing and blood and guts that makes this show good. It's the amazing storytelling that makes this show one of the best. So whoever likes terrific storytelling, this is the show to watch. After 2 episodes of season 1, you will be hooked. Unusually after a great season 1 it's hard to make a better sequel. Well you don't have to worry about that, season 2 is just as good, if not better than season 1. And PS season 3 is on right now, start watching 😉 I'll be buying that season too..Score: 5/5

Great show!One of the best shows around. Mads Mikelsen is great as Dr. Lecter and I like the spin that Bryan Fuller has given the story. I am not a huge fan of the Will Graham character but I love the psychological games that Hannibal has going with the characters at the moment. I especially love that Fuller has given a human side to the monster by giving him a love interest and showing that under all that manipulation, psychosis, there is a little human left inside that feels loneliness, wants friendship and needs human connection. It is a crazy trip but one worth taking!.Score: 5/5

BrilliantTo be honest I was never that much of a fan of the movies, but the fact they got Mads Mikkelsen in to play Hannibal just got me hooked, who better to deliver the sinister character than him. I also admire how it’s so well crafted, every episode is almost a work of art, the slow shots, time lapse, and artistic presentation, first rate.
