KilljoysFinally - some sci-fi from Syfy. A lot of first episodes have a weak start - but this got right into it. World development, character development, flashbacks of character history, a bit of mystery, hints of things to come... this can get built into a very good series wiht the right writing. Only thing I don't get is why they have to put "MA" across the screen when there's no "MA" in the episode - unless it was for a word or two - but I hear those on prime time all the time. SO..... but I liked the start and committed to the season because of it. .... don't do that very often..Score: 5/5
It’s been a long waitSo far this show looks very entertaining. Making decent Syfy is difficult. It just cost more than throwing people into a 2 story home and having them go at it like gutter trash. Wink wink reality tv shows. I have resorted to watching reruns and some indie syfy due to the lack of decent space shows.

Hmm maybe...Not exactly original—bounty hunters with no other allegiances, except personal ones. The lead female is chock full of cliches, exudes fake strength. I’ll watch one more episode and hope it improves. So far, not any better than Dark Matter, another new Syfy show that is totally unoriginal..Score: 3/5
Best Pilot in a long time.The season pilot was awesome and thats a rare thing to say about pilots. All three episodes have been great so far and I can’t wait till the 4th episode. Awesome characters, dark warningI love this show. Wonderful characters with complicated relationships and back stories, but the show manages to explore that without getting convoluted. A big NO…and maybe yes and…yesHorrible acting, horrible story, horrible title for a tv show, horrible f/x, they must be kidding. As bad as it gets, no thanks. I really love all SciFi shows like Stargate, Firefly, Star Trek and so on but this one is just BAD!!! UPDATE: The second episode was much better than the first one, so I updated my review from 2 to 3 stars. Maybe this show has some potential after all, we’ll see. UPDATE 2: It is getting gradually better, so maybe there is hope for this one. :-).Score: 4/5
Great PotentialI am of the opinion that this show has alot of potential. The concept of focusing a show on space bounty hunters is refreshing. Hanna John-Kamen is great for the role & very likable. As for the dialogues, the writers need to clean those up & add some edge to it without being cliched, which is very doable. FX and fight scenes need to improve or it fall apart. Overall, it is not perfect, but given the chance, I think the show has great promise..Score: 5/5

Love this show!This show is so awesome. Aaron Ashmore portrays Johnny perfectly and the rest of the cast does an amazing job. Most people who watch this compare it to Dark Matter but having watched both, this show is infinitely better! Definitely worth a watch.Score: 5/5

A Good Space RompFast paced action in another solar system, space ships, conspiracies and other plot twists. The usual Sci-Fi fare. It is however, well made and very entertaining, with the odd surprise ( I liked the zombie spaceship that wasn’t)..Score: 5/5
