UK dub is a must!I absolutely love this film so much! It’s really a work of art with an amazing soundtrack and memorable experience. It’s really a shame that the U.K. English dub is not included in this purchase. I personally find that version more enjoyable than the American English voice over. New voices!?I saw this in the movies when it was released the the main character had an accent, this dubbing is off and all the characters are played by different people taking the charm out of the movie. Original Japanese VersionWhile iTunes severely lacks in releases that offer another language other than English. Ghibli releases have the original Japanese voices under the Extras option. Italiano Sotto il pavimento di una grande casa nella campagna di Tokyo, vive la quattordicenne Arrietty con la madre e il padre. Sono una famiglia di “rubacchiotti”, alti dieci centimetri, che prendono in prestito dagli umani tutto ciò che serve loro per sopravvivere ma in piccolissime quantità, in modo che nessuno se ne accorga e possa scoprire la loro esistenza. Arrietty, però, in una delle sue incursioni nel giardino della casa viene vista da Sho, un ragazzino umano di 12 anni che soggiorna lì, presso la zia, in attesa di una rischiosa operazione al cuore. Deutsch Däumeline bzw. Borgerin Arrietty lebt mit Vater und Mutter versteckt unter der Veranda des Familienhauses des zwölfjährigen Menschenjungen Sho. Ist das Leben der Winzlinge aufgrund von Katzen- und Krähenattacken ohnehin nicht leicht, ist Arriettys Familie nach dem ersten Blickkontakt zwischen ihr und Sho zudem zum Umzug gezwungen, wie es ein altes Borgergesetz vorschreibt. Doch Sho sucht nach einem anderen Weg, auch wenn seine heimtückische Großtante Jagd auf die Borgergemeinschaft macht.
