The movie tells the story of two Brooklyn plumbers who are brothers and best friends: Mario, the brave one with the "let's-a go" attitude, and the perpetually anxious Luigi, who would prefer to go nowhere. We open with the Super Mario Brothers reckoning with their struggling plumbing business, and wind up in a whirlwind adventure through Mushroom Kingdom. Through their journey, we meet a cast of familiar, lovable characters, ultimately uniting together to defeat the power-hungry villain, Bowser. The Super Mario Bros. Movie takes what millions of gamers worldwide have loved for thirty-five years and levels it up to a new and breathtaking cinematic experience.

While working underground to fix a water main, Brooklyn plumbers—and brothers—Mario and Luigi are transported down a mysterious pipe and wander into a magical new world. But when the brothers are separated, Mario embarks on an epic quest to find Luigi.

Awesome MovieThis movie was really fun to watch and I enjoyed it. It brought back so many memories when I played the Mario games. It also brought me back to the Mario toys I owned when I was a kid. Chris Pratt playing Mario, Charlie Day playing Luigi, Jack Black playing Bowser, and Seth Rogen playing Donkey Kong were great. I absolutely recommend this movie if you know and played all the Mario games or if you want to watch a movie with your family. Definitely a great choice! Great for all ages..RT0199Score: 5/5

Nintendo fanI loved this movie! I thought it was just going to be Mario liking peach and them kissing and the end and getting married and bowser dead, but turns out they live in the mushroom kingdom at the end. Better then just getting a cake, that’s for sure. I’ve been playing Mario games since I was three ( super Mario 3d world by the way) and this movie does not disappoint. Watch this. Good kids movieAs someone who’s never played Mario, and doesn’t know a thing about it, I enjoyed the movie. It was a kids movie through and through. No inappropriate content, no bad language, all and all a good movie considering some other movies released lately (looking at you lightyear strange world and turning red). No woke stuff which is a win in my book. I would never watch this by myself for fun it had a predictable plot but it’s a kids movie. If you have someone ages 4-11 they will enjoy this movie. Kinda predictableDon’t get me wrong, I am a HUGE fan of Mario bros, but the plot of this movie was just so predictable. I wish they just used a more original plot line instead of that same boring plot they use in every Mario game. If they make a sequel of this, they should thinker something original instead of being lazy and recycling that same boring plot. I literally only need five words to sum up the plot of this movie: Bowser bad, Mario stop him. See what I mean, but all and all, this was a pretty good movie because let’s be honest, video game based movies don’t have a very good track record, but at least this movie is not the infamous bob hoskins Mario movie disaster, neither is it the uncanny valley live action detective pikachu movie, so I thought it was pretty good😀.Cyclops guy👁👁Score: 3/5
