Within the FBI there exists a division dedicated to investigating and prosecuting criminals on the internet. Welcome to the front lines of the war on cyber-crime, where special Agent Jennifer Marsh (Diane Lane) and Griffin Dowd (Colin Hanks) have seen it all until now. A tech-savvy internet predator is displaying his graphic murders on his own website and the fate of each of his tormented captives is left in the hands of the public: the more hits his site gets, the faster his victims die. When this game of cat and mouse becomes personal, Marsh and her team must race against the clock to track down this technical mastermind who is virtually untraceable.

Special Agent Jennifer Marsh works in an elite division of the FBI dedicated to fighting cybercrime. She thinks she has seen it all, until a particularly sadistic criminal arises on the Internet. This tech-savvy killer posts live feeds of his crimes on his website; the more hits the site gets, the faster the victim dies. Marsh and her team must find the elusive killer before time runs out.

Shows how stupid FBI is... makes you wonder about real life FBI.The killer could have been caught in the first 15 minutes if any of the FBI in this movie had a brain. I'm seriously hoping the real FBI is much smarter than the idiots in this movie. One section by section power grid shut down and they could have narrowed his location to a street, then moved in on him... movie over in the first 15 min. Sick movieThis movie is sick, but not in a good way. I know some people want to watch a guy sizzle in acid and watch another guy burn to death, but I hated this movie. Would have been a good movie if there werent so many holesI dont want to write what could have been done to make this movie more realistic, or what could have been better. its a movie, movies are not real and it would have been much shorter if things were done the way they are in real life. i would give it more stars, but i just cant get past what should have been done in the movie. during the movie i kept hearing myself say " you've got to be kidding" " im not even a cop and i know this could be resolved sooner." as for film quality i a pleased, nice shots and pretty good actors. could have been a much better film. i felt like i was watching a rip off of SAW. if you thought SAW was great you might like this movie. if you are technical person its like nails on a chalk board..IonlylikegoodmoviesScore: 2/5

Blah blah blahNot quite sure what the hook here was supposed to be: A weak story, bad acting, poor plot development and actors from the B-string all conspired to leave me helplessly bored throughout this entire movie. Could've Lived A Happier Life Without Seeing This MovieI found that the plot of the story was solid and well portrayed as a mystery/horror, but I found various aspects of the film were quite unecessary. For instance, the cat scene where it gets caught and dies... the other brutal scenes that carried through until death. I understand there are sick people out there like that, but I disagree almost entirey that people should be using these disgusting ideas as entertainment just because people are getting bored of sherlock and nancy drew.
