Alex is on a mission to prove Santa is real, and with the help of his family and some elaborate traps, they catch the big guy in action. But when they realize Santa is losing his Christmas magic they must find a way to restore it before they destroy Christmas!

Alex received the best Christmas present from his Uncle Charlie - Santa's very own pipe. But when he tried to share his evidence with the world, he was met with pranks from non-believers. Alex and his cousins set out to prove Santa is real.

El pequeño Alex de 9 años sabe que Papá Noel es real y está empeñado en demostrarlo, incluso si eso supone instalar videocámaras y tenderle una trampa al mismísimo Papá Noel en vísperas de Navidad. Alex, junto a su prima Zoey y el resto de su pandilla elaborarán un sofisticado plan para grabar a Papá Noel en acción. Sin embargo, lo que el grupo desconoce es que en el momento que le tienden la trampa, ¡empieza a perder poderes! Además, si alguien más descubriera la verdadera existencia de Papá Noel ¡llegaría a perder toda su magia! Cuando el vídeo cae en manos de la malvada Natasha, Alex y su familia deberán proteger la cinta para poder salvar la Navidad.
