Grossly OffensiveAs a Scientologist, I find this show grossly offensive and largely based on lies and falsehoods. I'm so disgusted that it's being aired and supported by A & E. If A & E were to broadcast a show about hating Jews or homosexuals - How would this be any different? It's inciting hate and spreading propoganda. The Jehovah’s Witnesses EpisodeI loved this special 2hr episode of Leah Remini’s Scientology Aftermath series! It was a great expose’ on the Jehovah’s Witnesses. They presented a very fair, fact filled look at this “religion”. They didn’t focus on doctrines or beliefs, but instead focused on the harmful and dangerous practices that the leadership forces on their adherents, including: indoctrination of children, psychological abuse, fear based tactics, social isolation, forced shunning for those who choice to leave, deaths caused by denying their adherents the right to choose blood transfusions, institutionalized misogyny and spousal abuse, and the coverup of sexual abuse of children. The best part is that they backed ALL of these claims up with quotes from the Jehovah’s Witness publications and even video clips from the Governing Body. This is a great resource for anyone who is a Jehovah’s Witness, anyone thinking about becoming a Jehovah’s Witness, anyone who knows a Jehovah’s Witness, and/or anyone just curious about this “religion”. Nothing short of heroic!I think anyone can relate to this show. At it's core, it is about shedding whatever personal prison you are in, and the relief that comes from stepping into the truth. That said, Leah Remini and Mike Rinder are making their amends for their own actions, and shedding a bright light on the abuses of Scientology, and it's nothing short of heroic and deeply cathartic..Score: 5/5

LAPD has met with Shelley? Why is the LAPD covering for Scientology? They have to be in cahoots. That is very strange for the police to respond to a missing persons inquiry with "oh, we saw her, she's cool". Where's proof of that? There is no proof that she's even still alive, correct? The assertion that this show is based on "lies and falsehoods" is so beyond ludicrous. Leah and Mike are heroes and so is everyone else who appears on this show knowing that Scientology will implement its "attack and destroy" policy. End of story. My heart goes out to all the people who have had their lives destroyed by these criminals, con artists, socio- and psychopaths.
