Still strongDon’t stop. Losing Liz was a blow to the cast lineup but it’s still a strong cast and storyline. Still very intriguing. Had plenty of life left in the story. Agree that the identity of Raymond Reddington needs to make sense. Don’t go all mythical and obtuse. Otherwise great show, worthy of five stars..Score: 5/5

Andrew KennisonSeason nine of The Blacklist gets off to a slow start. In addition, the death of Elizabeth Keen left a huge hole in the series. Nevertheless, the writers have given us another great season, and by the time of “Andrew Kennison”, it may be one of the best. Redd is on a mission to find Elizabeth’s killer, but “who done it?” Mysteries in prior seasons have been revealed at a painfully slow pace, but in season nine the search has yielded several fascinating episodes wherein the answer is to be found amongst a web of intrigue that involves not only Raymond Reddington, but Harold Cooper, and by extension the entire task force as well. The Blacklist still has its mojo!.Score: 5/5

Please - do not kill common sense. Red is NOT KatarinaIf Blacklist authors indeed made Katarina Rostova into Red Reddington than it becomes a fairy tale, where some magical Godmother can turn mice in horses and pumpkin into carriage. I will omit all debatable reasons and only leave three: 1. It is impossible scientifically. Katarina is not transgender - she is biological female with two X chromosomes. Red was captured and his blood samples were taken on many occasions, including the very first episode. You can not mask it or replace chromosome. 2. It is impossible surgically. Katarina is not Wolverine - you can not replace her bone support structure like spine. She was a petite ballerina and Red (Spader) is 5 foot 10, male. Her pelvis, skull, spine - will all have to become semi-synthetic to look and function as male, which impossible by itself and it would also require synthetic nerves and blood vessels, which is also impossible. 3. It is impossible physiologically. Gender change is obviously possible - but it's maintenance requires hormone therapy. And since Katarina is biologically female - Red will have to be under insane life-long regiment of drugs with severe withdrawal symptoms if stopped and his appearance will revert without them. That would become obvious in confinement, especially a long one - when he was on trial..Score: 4/5
