Not great show, but Roger is funnyI like the alien character Roger, which is probably the only reason why I've continued to watch the show. It's not a bad show, just not my taste. However, it is not Family Guy and cannot be compared to Family Guy. This show doesn't deserve the poor 1-star and 2-star ratings just becuase it isn't some other cartoon..Score: 4/5

TerribleAmerican Dad is the jokes that weren't good enough to make it into Family Guy, but the creators still wanted on the air, so they created this show. I can't belive how bad it is. I watch Family Guy all the time, and see American Dad sometimes, but it has few good jokes, and no episodes that are good throughout.Score: 1/5

FANTASTIC! AMAZING! WONDERFUL! THE BEST SHOW EVER!!!!!I have a message to all American Dad haters. ARE YOU MAD? This is one of my favorite shows and always makes me laugh. Like Dungeons and Wagons was a hysterical episode. American Dad is much better than family guy and deserves more credit. For family guy, seth macfarlane just says random stuff that just happen to pop into his head. It's like he doesn't even try. But American Dad is well written and very funny. An episode to rememberThis is, quite possibly, the funniest episode of American Dad i have had the pleasure to watch. In between the laughter i constantly bore a smile as i watched "Stan" and "Roger" play out comedy gold. If you have never seen American Dad, then i recommend starting with "Joint Custody". Better than Family GuyFirst season was a bit slow to start but this has now surpassed Family Guy as the best animated show. Still has the same adult-themes and laugh-out-loud jokes, but in a linear, character-driven way, unlike some of Family Guy's cut-away jokes you can see comin a mile-off. Brilliant..Score: 5/5

American Dad Lover.....One of the other reviewers is completley right, this is the 3rd Volume of American Dad not the 2nd one, which is a shame because in my opinon the 2nd Volume of American Dad is the best one yet, seeing as it has far more funnier moments than either of the other two Volumes, but this is still worth watching specially for Klauses funny comments..Score: 4/5
