The action gets hotter in season three of the hit show La Femme Nikita! After her failed attempt to destroy Section One is discovered, Nikita survives a mission intended to eliminate her. She also learns Michael's long-hidden secret and the two find the freedom to act on their honest emotions towards each other. In the world of Section One, however, honesty is considered a weakness…. In addition, Nikita must grapple with haunting questions from her past involving her mother, an old friend and Nikita's entrance into Section One. Also unveiled is Oversight — the mysterious monitoring group to which Operations and Madeline must answer. Margot Kidder (who played Lois Lane in the Superman films) guest stars as Nikita's mother. Samia Shoaib (Suburbia) guest stars as Michael's wife, Elena. Singer Adam Ant also guest stars, as the leader of a rogue terrorist organization.

Huge LFN fanPlease give us SEASONS 1 & 2. This is the greatest TV show EVER!!!! You can't just give us seasons 3, 4, and 5, then leave us hanging without 1 & 2. Best Spy Show EverGod this show was so ahead of its time when it first aired. stylish, sleek, fun, somber, sexy….it had it all. Michael and Nikita heated up the screen on USA Network's Sunday @ 10pm slot. Way better than that drivel Nikita. Or Alias for that matter. I find it funny that Alias came on just as LFN was going off the air. So contrived. One of my favorite things has got to be the way the titles are ordered: you can figure out the season from any title - number of words means season number. ie. On Borrowed Time - Season 3, Escape - Season 1 etc. In Season 3 we got answers to some of our most burning questions we'd been asking since season one and Michael's tease of "Nikita, there are things about me that you don't know, that have to remain hidden." Namely, where he lives. And that deceptively simple question is answered in a complex way. Season 3 also saw Michael and Nikita finally becoming a couple and that relationship became the focus for much of the season. Season 3's finale left us hanging (what else is new?) and desperate for more. Thanks, tptb (cast and crew, NOT network execs) for producing such an amazing series..Score: 5/5

About seasons 1 and twoFor those of you who worry about the numbering of the seasons for nikita - Nikita has had three incarnations, first as a film (in French) then as a Canadian tv series starring the woman with blonde hair - this ran to, I think , five series of which series three, four and five are available on iTunes - they are quite good , but lack the polish of the final incarnation, starring Maggie Q which has not only polish, but lots of the smouldering looks one comes to expect of this genre from this era . Series 1, which I think was the only one made , is available on iTunes, so to the uninitiated it may seem that series one, three, four and five are available but beware, series one is a different series one with different actors to series three and four. Are you confused yet - no need to be, all three incarnations tell the same story so don't fret that you are joining a series half the way through, just watch the film first, or if you don't have the time the Maggie Q version - either gives the beginning of the story and all follow the same plot .
