Great WorkoutAdded this to my other walk workout videos from iTunes and this by far has to be my favorite instructor so far. I was not even paying attention and was seven segments into the series, working out and having a blast. She makes it simple, and easy, and offer 1 health tip in each segment for a healthy life. The only complaint I have is it would be nice if it was broken down into separate segments, so say if I only do three and want to go to the cool down routine I am not waiting while the video fast forwards..Score: 5/5
One of her bestI've been walking with Leslie for years, and have hoped she would a. come to iTunes, and b. make something short and easy that I could do during breaks at work. My favorite is the first 10 minute easy walk - yes, because it is indeed easy:). It's just enough to get the kinks out from sitting at my desk for too long. Almost UselessThe workouts are great, unfortunately there is no navigation whatsoever. It’s one solid video with no way to move between segments which is the whole point to this program. Instead you have to write down the time starts for each of the 10 segments, stop your workout and cursor jump to the next segment you want. Ridiculous and not worth the 2 bucks :(.Score: 1/5
To break it into segments, here's howI love Leslies videos, I own most of them. What you can do to break it into segments *Warning, this may take a little time to do*, take note of the start and stop times of each segment and the start and stop time of the cool down, save the video on a playlist via iTunes, one time for each segment, when it asks if you want to skip adding a repeated video/track click no. Next go back and edit the start and stop times for each segment you added so that only that segment plays when you select it on your iPod or iPhone, then rename the segment to either segment 1-10 or whatever name you want to give to each segment. Then make sure you label the Cool Down segment Cool Down. Lastly transfer the playlist you created on iTunes to your iPod or iPhone and voila...problem solved, timely but solved none the less..Score: 5/5

You skip around to the mile that you want.I like this video but, I hate that you can't pick and choose what 10min. section that you want to do. The video goes straight through. You have to write down the start time of each segment. So that means you have to stop you're workout to do the miles that you want!.Score: 3/5
Please STOP TALKINGI love her concept! I have her original series with the 2 lb weights in vhs and a couple other DVD that I bought for $5 and I love the workouts. I just can't listen to her say the same thing for 45 mins. Every single day. I tried turning off sound but then you lose the beat! LESLIE PLEASE SHUT UP!!
