Part 2 of 2. House begins a detox program at Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital to get the vicodin out of his system in an attempt to control his hallucinations. House plans to leave the treatment facility once he is clean, but he is strong-armed into staying by his attending physician, Dr. Darryl Nolan (guest star Andre Braugher). Dr. Nolan agrees to write a recommendation to reinstate House's medical license only if House agrees to further treatment. When House is moved to a new ward in the hospital, he develops a close relationship with his new roommate, Alvie (guest star Lin-Manuel Miranda), and Lydia (guest star Franka Potente), a frequent visitor who helps House bend the rules. House asks Alvie to help him uncover incriminating information about Dr. Nolan that would allow him to blackmail his way out of the treatment center and convinces Lydia to loan him her car to sneak out a delusional patient in an attempt by House to undermine Dr. Nolan's course of treatment. But when devastating events ensue, House is humbled into reluctantly accepting help..

There is NO high enough rating for this show!Serendipity made me watch the first House episode a few years back because I recognized my hometown (Carnegie Lake) in the opening of the episode. I became hooked instantly! Intelligent, witty, unconventional and addictive are the words that come to mind when I think of this show. Great story, great actors and an amazing Hugh Laurie who proves that real artists carry all nationalities, they are true citizens of the World! American TV at its very best. Same show every weekGrumpy Dr. House saves the day in the end when a patient stumps all the phoney TV doctors....who devote all their spare time and efforts to figure out what's wrong with the patient....It was ok for the first 5 or 6 episodes in the first season but I guess due to it's popularity, people just love to watch the same show over and over???.Score: 1/5

Best series yet!Once the shockingly awful but nessicary first two episodes are out of the way, this series of house takes off, with witty writing, interesting cases, and not too much personal life getting in the way like series 5... Such a shame this wonderful and informative tv drama with great cast has been shoved to the depths of sky 1, taken off primetime so it has become avaliable for only Richard branson's minions to view. Still a little bit expensive on iTunes too, but worth it!.Score: 4/5

Broken, Pt. 2 - Possibly the best ever House!It should have been called "Metamorphosine"! House's character dev takes a huge welcome leap into the unknown and breaks open a huge nut of swelling anticipatory satisfaction. Seeing house help other patients in ways he wouldn’t have previously imagined is a real soul soother, and his management of his own broken heart in the throes of all this, just makes the whole thing so heart grindingly moving. House Gazzumped by PriceI have watched this on Sky and the series is excellent. No way in the world would i pay the 'rip off' Britain prices that Apple are wanting for this. £2.50 is okay on a catch up basis for a missed episode, but the torrent sites will be overwhelmed with downloaders who do not ahve access to Sky..Score: 5/5
Break in episodesTo all those complaining about to break in episodes; it isn't iTunes fault, they can only put the episodes up after they have aired on sky1... sky1 had the break not iTunes. I believe sky1 is limited by the airings in the US and they often have break in these kind of shows during the holiday season..Score: 5/5
New Episodes in March!!!!!SKy have confirmed that they are going to start showing House again in March as iTunes will have agreements in place to not sell episodes before they have been shown on telly - the rights to which the broadcasters will have spent a lot of money.
