Remarkable. It surprises me that most shows aren't at the level that Community is at. The show has its bases covered: It's witty, insightful, subtle, hilarious, and dripping with character chemistry. The thing that makes this show wonderful is the writer's brilliance and commitment to entertaining the audience. They seem to genuinely enjoy their job. Every episode is chock full of little treats and subtleties, and I never tire of watching them. The irony of such epic plotlines happening in such a lame and underwhelming environment is endlessly amusing. The dialouge is pitch perfect, the camerawork is wonderfully cinematic, and the whole thing just works. This is mostly due to the immense amount of philisophical commentary throughout the show. Subjects like free will, an underlying reality, true happiness, and self-observation come up multiple times. This is all brought home by the fourth-wall-leaning of Abed who views life as a television show. All this is well and fine, but the big draw to the show, in my opinion, is the characters' chemistry. Every character is so different as a whole but so similar in little details that their interactions are a joy to watch. The humor happens so naturally and the comedic pacing of the show isn't jerky or awkward in the least..Score: 5/5

My 4th favorite showYes community is my 4th favorite behind snl the Simpsons and the office. But this show is amazing in every way. And every episode is based on something different. This shows is like my glee but without the singing and well never mind. Some my favorite episodes are the dead poet society one, the one with jack black, the family day one, the Halloween one, the april fools day one, the one with britta is a b, and my all time favorite is modern warfare or the one with the epic paintball battle.Score: 5/5

Probably the best show right nowThis show is so good. It's funny, the writing is excellent, and every character is perfect in the way the actors play them. The season here is too pricey, but the show is great. Watch it, hopefully it doesn't get cancelled..Score: 5/5

Brilliant ensemble comedyThis show is like a Christopher Guest movie in miniature because not only is the writing brilliant and are the characters three-dimensional and real, but it's also one of the few true ensemble shows in recent memory ("30 Rock," which I love, is really four main players -- Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Tracy Morgan, and Jack McBrayer -- plus The Gang, and some of The Gang are definitely fungible; same story with "The Office"). Every single one of the study group members brings something tangible and significant to the table (take the pun or leave it) and the tone of the show would change if any one of them left. And while the fantastic Joel McHale gets top billing, the show doesn't focus obsessively on him. Everyone gets a turn in the spotlight, and all of their stories are funny and interesting. Also, the supporting characters are beyond compare -- Senor Chang is clearly the standout, but everyone from The Dean to Star Burns brings it. If this show doesn't get an Emmy, it will have gotten robbed. "Am I Batman? Yes, I'm Batman.".Score: 5/5

My Little BlueberriesIn episode 19 entitled ā€œBeginner Pottery,ā€ Jeff enrolls in a pottery class and ends up competing with another student who has an obvious talent for creating beautiful items. The icing on the cake for this episode though is the actor who plays the instructor. The first thing out of his mouth to his new students is: ā€œHello my little blueberries!ā€ I thought this actor was hilarious!.Score: 5/5

Excellent ShowThis is one of the few shows in a long time that I've actually made an effort to watch every week. It isn't because of any one person on the show so much as the people who selected the cast actually made an effort to choose a good ensemble. More important than that even is the witty writing (not just sex gags or raunch) that actually leaves one laughing out loud or at the very least surprised. If you're looking for a show that you can enjoy and not always see the end coming five minutes into the episode then I would give Community a try..Score: 5/5

The best comedy you SHOULD be watching!Quirky, smart and funny. "Community" never fails to be something unexpected. The premise finds a bunch of misfits forming a study group at Greendale Community College. But that's just the gateway. Week by week the show begins to push the envelope of a traditional sitcom and blows tradition out the door with the infamous "Modern Warfare" episode. I urge you to watch from the beginning, but "Community" really comes into its own about half way through the first season. Check it out. I guarantee you will be "streets ahead" if you do..Score: 5/5
