Typical FoxThis is typical Fox. They take fantastic shows with incredible followings, and cancel mid-season. They have been doing it for years. It makes me wish another company would have bought into George Lucas' passion and ran with Star Wars so they would have gone completely under in the 70's, as would have been the case. The show was clever and intriguing. I recommend it, but do not get too emotionally invested. I did that with Firefly, Dollhouse, and a host of other terrific shows before they were canned. Short season, full price, not happy with thatWe bought the season's pass for the year and really enjoyed the show and were quite unhappy that we paid for a full season and only got 13 episodes. Kept thinking they would add more, but it just ended. It is now sold at a lower price, but not when it was in progress..Score: 5/5

Dig deeper and stop aiming for House...2 seasons agoI really like the concept of this show, but the Lightman-as cockney/Cambridge-loose-canon is starting to be pretty predictable and not very interesting. Some of his antics are quite reminiscent of House a few seasons ago...been there, done that. I agree with a previous review that there needs to be more done to develop the other characters; Foster as Lightman tamer, Loker as mini-Lightman and Torres as uncertain 'natural' are pretty thin given we are in Season 3. The show still has promise, so hopefully they dig a little deeper and get a bit more complex/unpredictable..Score: 3/5

Where are the most recent episodes??I invested nearly £30 for the series pass & got my last episode (Double Blind) on 11th November 2010!! Seriously Itunes! FIVE MONTH WAIT??!! Of course, this could be due to a writers break (as with season 3 of the Mentalist) if this is the case shouldn't you be explaining this to your customers? Or at least refund the money i spent on a series pass if the rest of the season isn't going to be on its way?!.Score: 1/5
More episodes should be coming soonItunes cant add an episode until it has been shown on Sky 1. For some reason Sky 1 stopped showing Lie To Me after the 4th Episode. However they have now started to show the series again from last Wednesday (12/01/11). This means they should broadcast the 5th episode of the series on the 9th Feb and hopefully Itunes will add it soon afterwards. Surprised no-one from Itunes has been on to explain this especially to those that have bought the Season Pass..Score: 5/5
Lie To Me????So still no contact from iTunes at all since the last time (see below) I do think it's been unfiar of them to not even let us know it was delayed, but I've just seen an ad for the RETURN of Lie To Me coming soon on Sky 1 - I hope this means we can get the rest of the series now???? *Previous Review* Like a lot of others i have been wondering as to what has happened to the rest of this series! I have also bought the pass and have only had the four episodes, so for piece of mind and to find out what was going on i got in contact with Apple to find - here was the reply- "Thank you contacting iTunes Store Customer Support. My name is **** and I am going to assist you today with the issue. I understand taht you did not receive the 'Lie To Me' episode of Season 3 'Episode 5 onwards' and i am sorry for the inconvenience. Please be assured that the Itunes Store is currently working toward a resolution of the issue and hopes to have it resolved shortly. I will contact you again when the matter has been investigated and more information is available. Thank you for your patience. We want your iTunes experience to be as enjoyable as Possible. Now as always the reply to my enquiry came quickly on the 3rd March and was (as you can see) very polite, but i'm still not sure as to why we don't have those episodes (even allowing for Sky to start showing them!) Good show, terribly delayedIt's undoubtedly a great show, although I've found some of the more recent episodes a bit try-hard. Like so many shows that start with an intelligent but easily consumed premise, it has started to get rather less plausible in favour of "grittier" story lines. A shame, as it started with believable naturalism and a fair dash of science. This said, it's still a very entertaining and enjoyable show; long may it continue. @Anthony: I'm sure the reason people are having a go at iTunes is partly just to vent frustration. But it's chiefly because---once again---they've taken our money, and yet their customer service has been shown woefully lacking. There doesn't seem to be any mechanism in place for them to say "sorry folks, bear with us, we know we took your cash and so we'll honour the agreement as soon as we can". It shouldn't be the job of other customers to pass on the news to us: it should be Apple's..Score: 4/5

Terrible iTunes service for a great program4 episodes... whilst there have been 8 episodes in the USA, Sky have shown only 4... and iTunes customers with a series pass are suffering both a loss of cash - £28.99 for 4 episodes and a loss of the other episodes. This is shameful. If I wanted the dribs and drabs from Sky, I'd buy a sky subscription not an iTunes subscription to the series. iTunes needs to get it's act together and refund everyone who bought a series pass for this because we are not getting any service and we have paid for it - this is a trades description act violation and illegal..Score: 1/5
Paid full price for a season pass but only get 4 shows?Paid in full for the season 3 pass for Lie to Me. Felt like I got lied to myself! There are only 4 episodes available from dec 2010 to april 2011!! This is unacceptable!! Avoid iTunes season pass for ongoing seasons. It seems like iTunes haven't managed to sort out the supplies of these episodes from ongoing TV series. Also no apologies or explanations. Just left us customers in the dark.
