Prompt releasing is neededHappy to pay for the quality program, but the episodes should, as a result, be released right after airing. UPDATE: Alright, despite what I said above, I have to join the chorus of voices complaining about the greed issue. After paying the fee for the entire season, it turns out that the specials are not included in this, and are each $2 on top of the supposedly all-you-can-eat flat $10 fee. (Also, the delay in posting the Sunday episodes is totally unreasonable if they are being charged for. Almost all of the other Sunday talk shows have free versions posted on line before CNN posts the paid version of GPS. Again, I am fine with paying for a good product, but CNN needs to get its act together and deliver)..Score: 2/5
An Excellent Insight Into The International ArenaOften missed by local newscasters and mainstream media, Fareed offers a unique global perspective on world affairs. Paying for NewsI know we've all got somewhat used to getting a lot of content for free in recent years, but the sense of spoiled entitlement I see in the reviews here is quite breathtaking. Apparently it's now an outrage that a for-profit company doesn't give away its products for free. This will come as a shock to some of you, but it actually costs CNN money to report the news. When you watch it on TV it's not free either; you pay your cable provider who, in turn, pays CNN for the channel. Like all economic transactions, this involves a choice as to whether the cost is worth the benefit. It's up to you to decide how to spend your money, but I'm not sure under what theory you, or I, have some right to free cable news. As an aside, PBS and NPR are far superior and don't charge for content. As for the "cash strapped college student" who can't afford $1 a week for the news s/he loves, I'm going to assume you spend considerably more than that on beer and as such I have no sympathy..Score: 2/5

Audio issuesThe audio track for the May 3rd episode has echo starting after the first segment at 13 minutes 50 seconds mark and the audio issue continues for rest of the show. One more minor glitch is I purchased the season pass for $9.99, but it does not let me watch previous episodes of the show from April and March. The definition of season pass is to allow the subscribers to watch all episodes of the season. Clearly there is something seriously wrong with the way Apple iTunes Store packaged this show..Score: 1/5

Paying $1.99?!I love this show, I love the analysis and the reporting lead by Fareed. He's always timely and on point. However, CNN --- please for 9.99 it's a little steep for my college bound budget. I can go to the quad and watch it for free, but I'd love to pay maybe 0.99 per episode and I would gladly buy a PASS for 5-7 dollars for 9 episodes. You can increase your sales of the podcast with a better Price Point. We want to feel like we are getting a 'good deal' as a consumer NOT getting hosed... 1.99? I should just subscribe to cable and get CNN and all the shows on it plus 32 more channels for 30 dollars a month and 4 episodes of GPS, CNN Breaking News and all that other jazz on other channels.
