The night shift's pilot epThe pilot's amazing, it's a really promising beginning. We get a strong idea of the relationships between the characters and the characters themselves. The cast look great :) And there's also Eoin Macken who was Gwaine in Merlin (yes, I loved that show). He was amazing in Merlin and I think he's fitted for the role they gave him on this show too. He's the only actor I know from a previous show, so it helps me have an idea of what to expect. Overall, the Night Shift could be the first doctors-show I actually watch! I think this show is gonna be great! And I mean, really, really great! Can't wait for the next episode! :D.Score: 1/5

Entertaining Medical DramaThe first 2 episodes do a nice job introducing the main characters and demonstrating where some storylines will likely touch on in the coming weeks. A nicely diverse batch of characters. I do wonder. . . where are the physicians 40+? Adding a couple of sexy actors over 40 would add more depth to the potential relationships and plot lines..Score: 5/5
Unbelievably stupidI couldn't make it throughout the whole episode. The script feels written by someone about 14 who has no experience with what really goes on in a hospital. The medical staff is so far out of line - for example the crazy doc who is so full of himself he knows the outcome of a yanking tree branch from a mans chest and talks down to paramedics who are doing their job and later punches out a hospital administrator all on the same day a female physical walks in on another doc and takes over his patient with the air of a magician - belittling the other doctor who was following protocol. No one who acts like this would survive in a hospital setting. It's so stupid it's amazing anyone would produce this garbage. The acting is way over the top/horrible..Score: 1/5

Nothing like the TV show ERI’m a huge fan of the 90’s TV show ER. I have watched/own all seasons, however after all these years I was hunting for something new; I stumbled upon some shows like ‘Black Box’ [which was great but got canceled after season 1]. Next I saw The Night Shift, it is an OK show. But the script like many others feels like it was written by a 14 year old. so much drama, at some point it feels like the actors are just well…acting. However, it is better then nothing :) cheers!.Score: 3/5
