The best season of TWD.This show has always had its ups and downs in quality, usually when the writers cannot choose between character development and moving the plot forward. Rest assured that season 5 does away with all past grievances I’ve had with this show. Despite some slow pacing and poor exposition in the hospital arc, the entire season feels entirely necessary and complete. Fan favorites die shocking death, and new characters shine in their own right. I am consistently affected by the intense drama in this show. Here’s hoping Season 6 will continue this upward trend..Score: 5/5

Suffers from lack of funding?As the seasons have passed, season 5 is in my opinion the weakest yet. Alot of time is spent in the woods, and there are a couple of annoying plot holes. Season 5 redeems itself toward the end, though and I for one am looking forward to season 6. I just hope the creators get a big budget bump, so they can make the next season as grand as possible..Score: 3/5
