Dumpster FireIf you like your terrorist cult documentaries coupled with Anit-American demogaugery--this is the film for you. The narroaror LITERALLY compares the USA's historically justified use of nukes on Japan. Although horrible, had the US invaded Japan the casualty count would have been exponentially higher. If you think those deaths would not have been civilian--learn history. Women and children were brainwashed into exexuting Kamakazee attacks--just like the men. The ONLY only way to achieve unconditional surrender was to do what Truman did. In a land invasion, they would have continued to fight until every last person was dead. That's MILLIONS OF PEOPLE, folks, including HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF American GI's. Had Hirohito heeded truman's warning, Fat Man and Little Boy would never have been detonated. ?The movie is objective and very disturbing. It didnnt blame the US; on the contrary it pointed out the difficulty of the hell hole fomented in that tiny country where multiple nations and factions have invested in the conflict which intersects there with global consequences.
