A mild-mannered baker (Ron Perlman) must resurrect his violent past in order to rescue his estranged son from the mob and protect his granddaughter from the hitmen sent to find her.

A quiet, stoic man, lives a monk-like existence in self-imposed exile. When his estranged son is killed in a drug deal gone bad, he is left to look after a granddaughter he never knew existed, and he is forced back into a life he tried to put behind him.

The bakerWow! Old she has really taken a toll on his ability to act. Story wa week, but acting was painful. Nothing to like about this movie. Sound track was bad, camera work was worse. What killed it was the lead actor. Not expecting an academy award winning performance, but he seemed lost, out of character and just mumbling. Tough guy persona was off as well.
