Cosmic comedy is on the prowl when an extraterrestrial cat named Jake is forced to crash-land his spaceship on Earth. Jake then proceeds to lead a physicist, his girlfriend, the Army, and a team of baffled scientists on endless escapades during his unscheduled and hilarious visit!
A UFO is stranded on earth and impounded by the US government. Its pilot, a cat with a collar that gives it special powers, including the ability to communicate with humans, has eluded the authorities and seeks the help of a scientist in order to reclaim and repair his ship and get back home.

Typical 1970s DisneyThis is a standard 1970s Disney live action movie. The best part about it is the cat. He's really cute. I don't think kids would like this movie much though because there are NO kids in it. Not one. That seems odd for a Disney movie about a cat from space, but whatever. The only complaint I have is that the airplane scene goes on far too long. It seems like they paid some stunt people for a day and really wanted to get their money's worth..Score: 3/5
