The second season of Shadowhunters picks up immediately after Jace leaves with Valentine. All hell has broken loose and the clave sends Victor Aldertree to replace Lydia Branwell as head of the New York Institute. Clary, Alec, and Isabelle are desperate to find Jace, but are quickly stopped by Aldertree who puts the Institute on lock down. Can Jace be saved?

So good!Such improvement from last season, definitely worth sticking through every twist and shock!! I know it doesn't follow the book exactly but it's fun to see the characters and how they interact. I just imagine it's a fan fiction. HiI rate 4 stars because simple things involving Magnus and Alec weren't that frequent so far except for the last two episodes. But the show is so great and I can't wait to see how this season ends and where season 3 will go.
