While tracking a band of Maquis rebels across the Badlands, the USS Voyager and her crew are pulled 70,000 light years across the galaxy into the Delta Quadrant. It's a good startSeason 1 is a really good start to a very good series. In the pilot, Janeway's and Chakotay's crews are stranded in the Delta Quadrant, and they must work together as one crew to get home. This whole idea is amazing. Gene Roddenberry would be proud, because Star Trek Voyager still keeps the motto "to boldy go where no one has gone before". They encounter new species and make new allies. They also use their moral compass, much to what Roddenberry would have loved. My favorite episodes out of this season would be "Caretaker" (because it's what started the whole thing), "Parallax" (because it shows that Torres can be an excellent officer), "Ex Post Facto" (because Seska's secret is known), and "Eye of the Needle" (the crew finally reached a possibility to get home, and also, they see an old face). I think that iTunes should bring forth the other seasons because the plots get even deeper along the way..Score: 5/5

Great show. Worth every penny.It was this show, this season, episode "Cathexis" that officialy sold me on not only the show but all of Star Trek I would later watch because of my love for it. Fantastic show. I will mention that the only reason I'm leaving feedback is to draw some attention to this episode: "Cathexis". I've redownloaded it two or three times and each time there is an audio glitch that happened which shows me it's embedded in the file. It's at 15:05 right where the captain says "Are you certain about that?". Anyway, love the show. 5-Stars hands down..Score: 5/5

Worst Star Trek series everAwful, just awful. The cast are more wooden than a forest, the scripts are unimaginative and the directing pedestrian. I gave up on it after 3 seasons. It's a crime that this managed a run of 7 seasons and Enterprise was cancelled after 4..Score: 1/5

Great show but sort the price outAs others have said, 5* for the show itself, but bearing in mind you can buy an official complete-collection DVD boxset from a well-known online retailer for £45, which will undoubtedly have some form of bonus content, the £25 a season here is ridiculous - SD only, too! To buy the entire show from iTunes, with no bonus content, would (as of the 2017 pricing) set you back an eye-watering £175, which is obscene..Score: 5/5

Great Star trek adventures : )I actually really liked this whole series! I enjoyed the adventures that the crew had to face and each episode was fun and varied! Its a different take on the Star Trek francise - a star ship alone in unknown space, facing different challenges and meeting new life forms, with no chance of R+R at a local Federation base (unlike other Star Trek series). I thought that the main characters interacted really well and they all worked great as a team! Gold star for the medical hologram! If you enjoy sci fi and fantasy, and liked Star Trek then you should enjoy this series. Give it a chance!.Score: 5/5
