Love or hateFrom what I can see, you either love the series or you hate it, I didn’t think I would like the series at all and watched it b/c I was bored, now it’s one of my top favorite series to watch. No there isn’t a lot of action but there is so much more , passion and emotion and the way the characters interact. I don’t know if the 3rd season will be the last, but I do hope June gets her happy ending..Score: 5/5

TiresomeHaving run through the book at the end of the first season, the writers wander in circles in the 2nd. Hard to believe, but the pacing is even slower than before, and we spend an awful lot of time watching the minutes crawl by as nothing much happens, to weepy, moany music. Clearly the writers found it very difficult to come up with any new ideas. Even more than the first season, the show is an obsessive showcase for Elisabeth Moss's eye-acting in extreme close-up, and I gotta say that even though she's good at it, I was already pretty sick of her mug by the end of season 1. Also, although the PC and SJ quotients are ramped way up this season, it somehow feels less politically relevant than the first. We got the message in season 1. Now you're just being tiresome about it..Score: 2/5

Amazing actingThe acting is beyond amazing. For a show to have very little dialogue but pull you into feeling the emotions being emoted through the eyes is spectacular. In my opinion Moss is displaying some of the best acting from a female actress that I have ever seen. It’s quiet, dark and even scary to try and imagine. Love love this show. Brilliant. Again.The first few episodes of season 2 were so grim and dark that I almost gave up. There's enough horror to see in the real world. Yet, the superb storytelling and stellar acting have kept me engaged for another season. Elizabeth Moss is terrific as usual; however, Yvonne Strahovski, as Moss's partner-in-crime and nemesis, is an absolute revelation. Taut, gripping and very topical, The Handmaid's Tale is not to be missed..Score: 5/5

This is ridiculous! I paid for Season 2 but I only get 5 episodes!!!I paid nearly £25 for the entire Season 2. I didnt really have to buy the whole season becuase I had watched 5 episodes on BBC Channel 4, but I thought I could watch as and when I like. But, after paying £24.99 I see that there are only 5 episodes!!! It is ridiculous. It is a rip off! Does iTunes send me the rest of the Season (2)??? I am still waiitng. 23 June 2018 Update on 2r June 2018 It is 8:45 pm in France, and I still can’t see any ‘movement’ for episode 6 on iTunes! You have paid for the whole series, and episodes will be available for UK download after UK release. Seriously, get a grip. Why do people give...1 star reviews to complain about not getting all the episodes at once. You purchase the full season, but have to wait for each episode weekly. If you want to binge watch the season all in one session, wait for all the episodes to be released before you purchase.
