Another Great Series cancelled before it's time!This was an excellent sci-fi TV series! I was hooked from the beginning and was very disappointed to learn that it was cancelled after only two seasons. Planned to buy a season 3 pass, along with season 1 and 2, but now that ABC has decided to kill off the series I will not be wasting my money. If ABC reconsiders their decision and moves forward with producing a season 3 then I will reconsider mine, otherwise why would I or anyone else for that matter, want to purchase a TV series left hanging with so many unanswered questions. Good grief ā¦ wake up ABC ā¦ at least produce season 3 and make this series worth purchasing!.Score: 5/5

The Writers were grasping at strawsI love Elizabeth Mitchell, and in Season 1 the interplay of characters held my interest. In Season 2, you can almost draw a line where the writers found out the series was in trouble, and another line where they were notified it was cancelled. They tried weird twists, gruesome violence, anything to jolt the audiences. It didn't work. And neither does the "finale." Elizabeth deserved better..Score: 2/5
Still bitterI really enjoyed season 1. However, I am like other revierwers. ABC made us wait so long to be able to watch the second season on our own time schedule. They didn't even put it up on their website or sell it to Itunes. It was all about there terms. So, in response to their lame customer service, I am not going to purchase season II. Its timelessAlthough the series seemed to have met an Premature termination, its still a relevant theme, and could even now be continued. Its a good show, and with the right casting and scripting can deliver at least a few more seasons as existing plots are matured. It unfortunately became a victim of the bottom line. Oh, ok one show, but it's not to expensive to throw people on an island and pay the same crew over and over , the minor overhead was the only reason that series survived. ExcellentThe first few episodes of season 1 were awkward and clearly showed the signs of a show trying to find its legs. However, it really started getting into its stride in the latter half of the season (quite possibly because of the addition of Hobbes who seemed to add the much needed violent-reality of being a terrorist cell) Season two is proving to be EXCELLENT. Episode 3, 'Laid Bare' has one of the most uncomfortable torture scenes I've ever seen on tv. I am so excited to watch the rest of the season and I hope hope hope hope that ABC renews this show for a 3rd season. Also, Morena Baccarin is a brilliant actor. The subtlety in which she plays Anna, infusing every motion - whether its a speech or the blinking of her eyes - with such depth and precision, making the character of Anna seem both terrifying and complex. If nothing else, watch for her..Score: 5/5

Great TV show !I didn't watched the season 1 when it aired on TV last year, but the "episode" 5 of season 1 which is a recap of episode 1-4 was free last week on itunes so I watched it and loved it. I bought the season 1 and it was even better then I was expecting so I bought the season pass for the season 2 and I can't wait for the episodes to air, I really love V. Dynasty in SpaceThe main problem with this season is, well everything. The ridiculous plot, events, characters and dialogueā¦ all completely fail to suspend disbelief. The dialogue and acting in particular reminds me of 80's American soap operas like Dallas & Dynasty: lots of scenes with characters dramatically turning to face the camera while talking to someone who's actually standing behind them. Utterly cringeworthy all the way through. It doesn't have to be this way - just look at something like Breaking Bad for comparison; if only those writers had been available for this. The series lurches from one implausible situation to the next, the writers continually painting their characters into corners, and then coming up with ludicrous ways to get them out again. Yes it's Science Fiction/Fantasy, but there has to be some shred of believability to it. The special effects are good in parts, dreadful in others - this show clearly had a very limited budget. Even so, you continually feel they could have done better with what they had. A real let down after the first season - avoid..Score: 1/5
Oh dear.Oh dear. After a fantastic first season, V returns with a catastrophic follow up that was destined to do one thing: secure its demise and sudden cancellation. In just a mere ten episodes, this series is rushed and bamboozling with incredulous plot turns that will leave you scratching you head in disappointment. The special effects remain dodgy as heck and most of the time left me wondering why they bothered with obviously fake backgrounds (Vatican) and not just film inside to make it look more realistic. Morena Baccarin remains every bit as captivating and terrifying with her fantastic performance as Anna while Tyler remains infuriatingly annoying and two dimensional; the blue-eyed, floppy haired teenage angst gets very old very quickly and you just end up longing for him to die; thankfully, all is not lost. If you loved the first season, get this to see where it ends up but please donāt wait with the same hope and enthusiasm that we did or you will be sorely disappointed..Score: 3/5

Oh dearSeason 1 was okay enough to make you watch Season 2. Season 2 got cancelled and after watching it I can see why. I feel sorry for the actors to some extent. The script and plot become really lame. Acting becomes wooden. Characters become inconsistent with previous episodes and your are left just hating this show and the characters in it. There is no proper ending to it as the show understandably got cancelled. I have deleted it from my library..Score: 1/5
Great, but be careful...This show is a great sci-fi high-drama story. I've really enjoyed the build up and this season leaves on such a high cliffhanger. But this is the problem. ABC have cencelled the show which just leaves a huge hole that will never be filled. The lack of respect for the viewing (and paying) audience is shocking. I would love to recommend this series to anyone and everyone but feel compelled to recommend against buying it as it will leave you completely unfulfilled when you get to the end of this season and realise that there is no more. Sorry V writers (and actors and viewers), I feel your pain..Score: 4/5

A great reinventionAs a fan of the original, i was determined not to like this. However, the show quickly finds it's strengths and the characters are all well thought-through. Diana's return was a revelation and greatly helped the series find a direction. Such a shame that it wont be returning for a third season.. just as in 1985 we're left on a killer cliff-hanger :(.Score: 4/5
