I approveThe sex scenes reflect the uniqueness of this show in the sense that there are some scenes that make this a cutting edge series. I.e. the violence, sex, nudity, while not being gratuitous, the makers are not afraid to be realistic in concept. I mean look at the toilet scene in the last episode; now that is breaking new ground while remaining true to the realism of the show however faux it may be (did that much killing really go on? I doubt it). But this is entertainment and kudos for not just shoving more of the same old stuff..Score: 4/5

Superb and brilliantThe world of spies is so complex. It is captured on television so everyone can see and take in a part of history of these two great adversaries. There wasn't any major wars going on so all you had to do to show your power is be better at not getting caught. This show drags you in willingly. Could it be a glimpse of looking into the future from the past? Or are we watching everyday life the we witness every day? It mixes a lot to entertain and educate every reader or watched of the show. A rare treat on FXWhile FX loves to push the bounds of what is acceptable on prime time tv, the usual fare is anything but appealing for the more discerning viewer. Son's of Anarchy comes to mind, then there is Justified, so much white male macho bs. And the story lines stretch the viewers ability to suspend reality, even for the most dire circumstances. So it was overwhelming to find a show that not only had wall to wall suspense and action, but had marvelous, and believable plot lines. One of the best shows on any network right now. The sets and costumes are right on target, and although many of the actors are neither Russian, or American, they do pull of the accents wonderfully..Score: 5/5
