Highly reccomendedIgnore TJackson and see this movie. I've had the chance to see it on Broadway and on screen and it was hilarious both times. Deutsch Der gewitzte Buchhalter Leo Bloom rechnet seinem notorisch erfolglosen Chef, dem Impresario Max Bialystock, vor, dass finanziell gesehen ein veritabler Flop immer einem Hit vorzuziehen ist. Mit "Frühling für Hitler", dem aberwitzigen Erguss des Nazi-Narren Franz Liebkind, ist nach langer Suche endlich das passende Stück gefunden, mit Roger DeBris, Motto: Keep it gay!, der entsprechend untalentierte, dampfend schwule Regisseur. Nun kann eigentlich nichts mehr schief gehen - außer dass das Stück zum Riesenerfolg wird.
Italiano Il film "The Producers" parla di un produttore di Broadway ormai in rovina, Max Bialystock (Nathan Lane), a cui un ragioniere timido e spesso isterico, Leopold Bloom, fa capire che, truffando potrebbe fare più soldi con un fallimento che con un grande spettacolo. Quindi i due prendono un pessimo copione, una storia dedicata ad Hitler, un pessimo regista gay, Roger DeBris (Gary Beach) e danno al nazista Franz Liebkind (Will Ferrell), scrittore del copione scelto, il ruolo del Führer per mettere in scena il peggior musical di sempre. Ma il loro attore protagonista si ferisce e il suo ruolo viene interpretato dal regista gay. Quindi il musical appare al pubblico satirico e spiritoso: gli investitori pretendono quindi i loro soldi costringendo Leo alla fuga a Rio de Janeiro con i soldi e la fidanzata Ulla (Uma Thurman) e facendo finire Bialystock in prigione.

Ved at hyre en masse dårlige skuespillere håber Max at stykket går fallit og at han så kan stoppe alle investorernes pengene i egen lomme. De to beslutter sig for musicalen 'Springtime for Hitler and Germany' for at realisere deres plan.

Stvari se okrenu na bolje kada ga posjeti neurotični računovođa Leo Bloom. Leo predlaže plan kao stvoren za Maxa. Podići što više novca za predstavu te se pobrinuti da ona propadne, a pošto nitko neće biti zainteresiran za predstavu njih dvojica mogu zadržati višak novca. U potrazi za najgorim scenarijem pronalaze jedan koji im se čini idealan, "Proljeće za Hitlera", koji je napisao odbjegli nacist Franz Liebkien. Kao redatelja unajmljuju umišljenog Rogera De Brisa, a za glavnu glumicu angažiraju luckastu Šveđanku Ullu.
