The show follows the adventures of lovable oaf Peter Griffin and his hilariously odd family of middle-class New Englanders. Lois is Peter’s loving wife, a former Miss Teen Rhode Island who rules the roost but is one step away from a nervous breakdown. Then there are their kids: frumpy, 16-year-old Meg, the family's punching bag; 13-year-old Chris, a kid who can't make sense of the opposite sex, much less the evil monkey hiding in his closet; and 1-year-old Stewie, a diabolically clever baby whose heterosexuality is hanging by a thread. Rounding out the Griffin household is Brian, the family dog, a member of Mensa with a penchant for dry martinis and dumb blondes. The upcoming sixth season will feature guest voice appearances by Paris Hilton, Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and Randy Jackson, among others. As Peter would say, "Freakin' sweet!"

The best season yetWell wether some people don't like family guy are not, The episode where Stewie's dream comes true is probably family guy's best yet. This programme is geniusThis programme is truely genius. i had never watched family guy before buying this, but by episode 2 i was totally hooked. episode 1 was an average episode. some very good jokes, but something was lacking, i'd rate it 3.9/5.0! episode 2 was AMAZING. that part in the dojo is so funny words can't describe it. i'd rate it 5.0/5.0! episodes 3 & 5 ... well, i didn't like these two episodes, good plot ... but ... i didnt like the second half, the first half was average. i'd rate them 3.5/5.0 episode 6 another average episode. i liked the plot, but there weren't enough funny jokes. i'd rate it 3.8/5.0 episode 7 i LOVED this episode, it showed a lot of peter's idiotic side. i'd rate it 4.7/5.0 episode 8 another AMAZING episode, the plot was good, every joke was hilarious. id rate t 5.0/5.0 episode 9 an okay episode, i didn't see the other james woods episode, so maybe that is why i didn't find it too funny. i'd rate it 4.1/5.0 episode 11 again, funny episode, a tiny bit touching. i'd rate it 4.2/5.0 episode 12... this ... is just ... words can't even descibe how funny it is, this is what comedy is all about. 6.0/5.0.Score: 5/5
