Surprisingly goodAs a fan of Archie Comics, I'll admit I was initially turned off by the murder-mystery vibe of an otherwise humorous comic series. That being said, I gave it a shot and I do not regret it. As mentioned, the show is a drama centered around the characters and settings from the Archie Comics. While the show doesn't accurately portray characters from the comic book series, the writing is surprisingly good and its characters are still well written enough that the show stands on its own. The color grading in this show adds a neat vibe to the show as well. If you're looking for this show to be like the Archie Comics, well, you're not going to get that but I still recommend giving it a shot..Score: 1/5
