Best Show on HBOI've read the book and enjoyed it thoroughly. When I heard that a TV series will be adapting the book, I thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong - even though I knew certain things would happen, my jaw dropped on how those moment occurred. It was SOOOOO good. I'm not a Reese Witherspoon fan, but her acting on this show is LIT! I’ll pass on this show. Too negative.I find this show very aggressive in a time the world needs positivity and uplifting. Domestic abuse, rape, dark secrets, gossip, negative chatter make me feel bad feelings and feel bad after watching it. It’s been hard to watch the first 2 episodes.
