Director Steven Spielberg takes us back to the scene of Jurassic Park in The Lost World, the blockbuster sequel with even more dinosaurs, more action and more breathtaking visual effects than its record-breaking predecessor. The Lost World remains among the most successful films of all time and features an all-star cast including Jeff Goldblum, Julianne Moore and Pete Postlethwaite. It has been four years since the disaster at Jurassic Park and two groups are in a race against time that will determine the fate of the remote island's prehistoric inhabitants.

Four years after Jurassic Park's genetically bred dinosaurs ran amok, multimillionaire John Hammond shocks chaos theorist Ian Malcolm by revealing that he has been breeding more beasties at a secret location. Malcolm, his paleontologist ladylove and a wildlife videographer join an expedition to document the lethal lizards' natural behavior in this action-packed thriller.

Poor Script & Horrible ActingPotential to be better than the initial film was missed. Not sure why many of the originals didn't return, but the replacements were horrible. Excellent visuals being more elaborate than the original and concept was good, it was wasted on the poor direction. Njegova je želja očuvati otok i njegove prahistorijske stanovnike kako bi ih se moglo promatrati i proučavati u prirodnom okruženju. Hammond ponovno poziva matematičara Iana Malcolma (Jeff Goldblum) želeći mu povjeriti ekspediciju koja bi trebala snimiti dinosaure. Ian naravno odbija no saznavši da se na otoku već nalazi njegova djevojka, paleontologinja Sarah Harding (Julianne Moore), ipak prihvaća.
