Don't believe the positive reviews....I can't believe these reviews. After watching half of the pilot, and turning it off in disgust, I'm thinking the reviews must be written by the actors or Fox staffers. The storyline is wildly implausible, the acting is hammy, and the plot and dialogue are pure high school. I completely lost interest 30 minutes in, and watched another 15, hoping it might get better. This is the worst production I have watched in a long time. Avoid.......Score: 1/5

Do Not Think, GET IT!I’m a huge fan of sci-fi, conspiracy theories, the aliens, mystery, thriller, action and the supernatural/the unknown, in general. And to be quite honest, I was reluctant to get Fringe as I’ve neither watched it on T.V., seen trailers or anything. I was fortunate enough to just take a leap of faith and buy the first season. Since that day, I got hooked to an amazing world full of wonderful scientific/pseudo-scientific phenomena/theories coming to life not to mention the brilliant characters who vary from serious, beautiful, to mysterious, to funny, sexy, fierce, evil and cunning. Each episode presents a new mystery that our heroes will explore and solve, while the main story will evolve as you progress through the season. I advise you not to think about getting it, don’t waste time thinking. Just get all 5 seasons and watch them one after the other. It will be a journey of a lifetime..Score: 5/5

AWESOME!I started watching the first season in late May. It took me about 5 episodes before I was completely hooked but once I was I didn't want to get off the rollercoaster! This show is an fantastic sci fi with drama, thrill, & comedy along with great relationship dynamics between the core cast. If you like LOST I think you will LOVE FRINGE! Not a sci-Fi fan, but wowOrdinarily I wouldn't watch a show like this. But one night I couldn't sleep so upon receiving many recommendations I watched the first few episodes. Then I became completely hooked. Now I'm almost finished with season 2 and the show just keeps getting better. I find that I'm staying up really late just so I can watch as many episodes as possible. The acting is very good (which is unlike many sci-Fi genre shows). The premise is fantastic and is acctually rooted in real sciences (believe it or not). And J.J. Abrams pulls out a flawless (or almost flawless but I haven't found flaws) show (unlike Lost which was riddled with flaws and unanswered questions)..Score: 5/5

Addicting!I love this show, the cast is so talented and pitch perfect, Anna Torv(olivia) and Joshua Jackson(peter) are amazing. But John Noble as Walter Bishop is the highlight of the show! Watch this show, the finale of S1 is mindblowing!.Score: 5/5
Incredible ShowFringe is one of the best shows on TV. The cast members work very well together and the special effects are great. AbsorbingThis series was listed in some "best of TV" article I read. I had never seen it on TV and if you're like me there are times between TV season when there is NOTHING on. So we buy these kind of shows to watch when there is nothing to watch. I bought the pilot first to see what it was like. The first 10 minutes or so are a little gruesome. I like the character development and the clues in one show are helpful in the next. We spent a Sunday watching the first half of the season..Score: 5/5

Not in HDGreat show from what I've seen so far, but just to clarify, the episodes here are not in HD. Though oddly as I'm writing this review it shows up as being in HD, yet when you buy them you can only buy the Standard Definition eps...for the SD price, mind you, but still, I'd gladly pay the extra buck for the HD version. I don't notice a huge difference myself, but it'd be nice to have a bit more truth in advertising on iTunes Store Canada..Score: 4/5

JOHN NOBLE BRILLIANT!!!!This has to be one of our families favorite TV series of all! Dr Walter Bishop is out of this world fantastic! All the acting is electric! We started on season 5 & it was so outstanding that we then watched season 4 & still decided to go back to season 1...Even though we watched it in a strange sequence, we enjoyed every minute! Great Show Season 4 Missing - fix this pleaseThis is a top class show, regrettably I purchased all the seasons before realising season 4 of this incredible show was missing. Don't purchase this show until season 4 is included it will only drive you mad, I have purchased season five and I can't watch it without seeing season 4. Congrats to iTunes for getting the show, it's been a long wait. But the package is incomplete. iTunes is asking us - to borrow an analogy that fits to Watch 2 weeks of Wimbledon until the Quarter Finals skip the semi-finals and watch the Final. I am disappointed that a 5 star show is getting anything but star treatment. Please rectify this crazy mad scenario..Score: 5/5
