InterestingI was skeptical and hesitant about yet another BATMAN cartoon. Pardon me but Batman TAS is still the tops. I was pleasantly surprised with this show. Fresh. Inventive. Promising. My only complaint: the episode was too short. I wait expectantly for the next one. Well done DC and WB!.Score: 5/5
I CAN'T STOP WATCHING IT!!!!Look I know it's not BTAS or BB, but at least it gives lesser known villains a chance to shine. The animation may look weird, but that doesn't take away from the incredible stories like "the league of assassins" and (as I call it) "the Deathstroke identity". Pyg and toad are ok, magpie is weird, Anarky is cool once u get 2 know him, Silver monkey is bad***, Lady shiva is ok, phosphorus Rex is not really that cool, cypher freaks my sisters out but his design is cool, ra's al ghul is fine, Deathstroke is awesome, and Harvey dent is a d***. I also like the intro of oracle and metamorpho :)..Score: 5/5
Beware!Obviously nothing will every compare to Batman: The Animated Series. That is the DEFINITIVE Batman to me. With that in mind, I am always open to a new quality Batman show! Having seen the first episode of Beware the Batman, I can say that I'm very interested in seeing more and I think this will be a nice refreshing take on the Batman world. The most noticeable change to past shows is the use of CGI animation. The first episode did not have much going on in the background - it felt weird to see an empty Gotham City at night. I think this is something that will improve over time just as Green Lantern: TAS did. Another change in this show is the use of more obscure villains. One of the greatest things about Batman is his amazing rogues gallery. No other comic book character has such a wide range of interesting and story filled villains. While I'm sure many will be asking where the Joker or Two Face is, I think it's refreshing to see some of the more unknown baddies such as Professor Pyg and the Toad. Who knows…. maybe they will bring in some of the A-Listers later on. Some other significant changes include Alfred's role in the show which is a little different than usual. There is more focus on his MI6 past and he is more involved in Bruce's training and fighting regiment. Though we haven't seen much of her yet, Katana will also play a major role in the show fighting alongside Bruce. Overall, the atmosphere of the show seems to be leaning toward the darker, more serious tone of B:TAS, which is great. Warner Bros. has been putting out quality DC animation for years, be it through their direct to video movies or animated TV series, and this show is no exception! There may be some aspects that will take some getting used to but I think we are in for another terrific Batman show!.Score: 5/5
Great for any fanBeware the Batman is off to a good start. It keeps a serious tone much like the Animated Series. The soundtrack is very good also. Great start to a hopefully great series. I just hope they keep Robin and Batgirl out of it..Score: 5/5

Good narratives involving toned-down villains of a darker era….One only has to look to many of the modern graphic novels/narratives of the Dark Knight to know how much tamer the lesser-known gallery of villains had to be made to make this show viewable to a wider audience (e.g. Grant Morrison's Professor Pyg and Mr. Toad). This, however, does not ruin the narrative effect of the characters however, and the interwoven stories are told effectively, yet succinctly. If the writers of the show can continue to build on the foundation they've set from even only these first 7 episodes, this show could possibly become something of a nice complement for the first time in a long while to the classic Batman: TAS that we all remember so well, not without a bit of nostalgia..Score: 5/5
Rather GoodThe third episode left me wanting an Anarchky closer to the comics, garbed in red and gold with the hat, but the first two episodes were outstanding. I can't wait to see what's next. Or when they eventually get to more Outsiders related stuff as they already seeded Stag & Katanna is a main player in the show. Can't wait for their rendition of our old favorite villains (which will come down the line despite the focus on unknowns to freshen the rogue gallery at the moment.) It'd be nice if they'd focus a season at a time to a different JLA member in this CGI style: GL first then Bats . . . WW or Flash next?.Score: 4/5
Groundbreaking!I really love the prominent detective aspect of this show. Also, as much as I love the the menacing, near-invincible Batman of The Animated Series, I am really enjoying the younger and more vulnerable Batman of this show..Score: 5/5
