Cool new take on a classicI thought this was a promising debut. There have been so many different takes on Batman and I like some of the changes they presented here. The animation is slick and dark. The action was cool. The story was interesting and I loved the detective work. It had villains I haven't seen before (in animation) and I'm looking forward to see where this new series goes..Score: 4/5
Flipping Great Take On Batman For All To Enjoy!!:)This series really delivers so much that comes in a good show these days, featuring slick CGI animation, stellar voice cast, epic action sequences, impressive music, extraordinary characters, remarkable tone, and pure greatness. This is turning out to be a true-to-the-word spectacular show for Batman fans old and new and even becoming one of the best shows ever! Great series!!!Initially I felt this was going to be a disappointing version of Batman due to the CG but it has easily surpassed my expectations. The fight scenes are amazing and very fluid, Batman actually uses his detective skills in this series and the dialogue between the main characters is done nicely. I also enjoy this version of Alfred..Score: 5/5
So far so goodFavorite Batman is the animated series circa 1992-1998 Kevin Conroy. Getting used to the CGI animation now since that is what we see in theatres these days. Hope to see Batman's usual suspects; Joker, Penguin etc. Good writing and story telling. DC has always showed lots of liberty in the comics stories so why not the animated features too? If you can predict how the stories will go, it's far less interesting. Let's see where the series goes..Score: 4/5

InterestingI was skeptical and hesitant about yet another BATMAN cartoon. Pardon me but Batman TAS is still the tops. I was pleasantly surprised with this show. Fresh. Inventive. Promising. My only complaint: the episode was too short. I wait expectantly for the next one. Well done DC and WB!.Score: 5/5

So Far, Nothing SpecialSo, Batman is learning from Alred, who was once an agent at MI6, and he has to go up against a pig and a frog who are working together to harm Gotham City? Yeah, right. Like I'm going to take that seriously. It's supposed to be a dark show, but how can it be "dark" when you got some annoying frog having these super-powered ribbits (which looked like burps)? That's just ridiculous. The creators wanted to use new villains. So, that means that they will not put Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, or any memorable bad guy into the first season (which could sadly be the only one depending if this fails). That was a bad decision. The reason why these "new" villains have not been given enough depth in the past is probably because, I don't know, most of them stunk? If Professor Pyg is really that cool, I'm not seeing it so far. Also, I've seen better CGI. This is the worst. I swear. DC should either stick with their hand drawn animation, or come up with a different style for CGI to look better. First Green Lantern, now this. Besides, I doubt any kid knows this exists. Seriously. DC has lost their mojo. It all started with Man of Steel, and now it is this. Depressing. My advice - watch Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It keeps the old but brings some new in an enjoyable and pleasing way..Score: 2/5
