As he becomes enmeshed in this unfamiliar world, Mike relies heavily on the firm's best paralegal Rachel Zane and Harvey's no-nonsense assistant Donna Paulsen to help him serve justice. In the Season Five opener, Harvey has difficulty adjusting to changes around the office, which affects his ability to do his work. Donna must acclimate to working for Louis, who's certain it's only a matter of time before she returns to Harvey. Mike and Rachel must decide how and when to share their big news, but their excitement about their future together will take a back seat to Harvey and Mike's latest case.
Harvey searches for a replacement for Donna, while his latest case forces him to bring out some star power. Mike takes a case as a favor, which he must justify to Jessica – while Rachel’s father, Robert Zane, offers some unsolicited advice about Rachel’s engagement to Mike. And Louis is embroiled in surprising money matters, as Jack tries to involve him in his scheme to undermine Harvey.
Harvey brings some star power to his ongoing conflict with Jack Soloff – a conflict that Louis and Donna can’t seem to stay clear of. Mike brings in Robert Zane to co-counsel a case, pitting his instincts as a lawyer against his desire to stay in his future father-in-law’s good graces. And while Jessica mediates between Mike and Zane, she tasks Rachel with an unusual assignment.
Harvey steps outside his usual area of expertise, in order to take a case from a client who has a special tie to the firm. Mike and Zane work their class-action case together, but Mike learns they have different ideas about what constitutes a win - for themselves, and for their clients. And Donna counsels Louis on the best way to settle a feud.
When Harvey’s bitter rival Travis Tanner turns up on the other side of a case, claiming to be a changed man, Harvey and Mike must decide whether to believe him – or bury him.
Reeling from Dr. Agard's revelation about the root of his panic attacks, Harvey is forced to make a tough personal decision in a case that touches a nerve. Meanwhile, Mike and Louis have taken over responsibility for Harvey's oldest client, and must decide what to do when that client's demands go against his own best interests. And Donna tries to work her magic to make Rachel's dream wedding possible.
Donna and Harvey try to get their friendship back to normal. Esther Litt returns to solve a problem discreetly, but Louis rarely handles anything quietly - especially when it comes to family.
Jessica does damage control in the wake of Harvey punching Louis, just as Jack Soloff and Daniel Hardman are looking for weaknesses to exploit.
Rachel and her mother, Laura Zane, plan for Rachel's dream wedding, but Rachel fears the event may reveal Mike's secret. Meanwhile Daniel Hardman and Jack Soloff make their move against Jessica and the partners, as Harvey and Mike tangle with Hardman's mysterious backer, and Louis tries to find Jack's Achilles heel.
Jessica and Louis make an effort to rally the support of the partners, as Daniel Hardman and Jack Soloff attempt a takeover. Mike and Harvey must each face down the demons of their past.
As we begin our mid-season premiere, Mike's worst fears have come true. He's been arrested for fraud and is under investigation by a ruthless government prosecutor, Assistant US Attorney Anita Gibbs. Meanwhile, Jessica and Harvey must figure out how to build a defense for Mike, knowing full well that he's guilty of the crime for which he stands accused. And Rachel must come to terms with her family's reaction to the news that her fiancé is not the person he claimed to be - and that he could soon be in prison.
Mike and Louis must identify an anonymous tipster in order to diffuse a damning piece of evidence. Meanwhile, Gibbs isn't just after Mike, she's set her sights on Jessica and Harvey as well.
With time running out before Mike's case goes to trial, Harvey and Mike are at odds over their strategy, and just what lengths they'll go to in order to defeat Gibbs.
As time runs out before the trial, Mike wants to represent himself while Harvey wants to lead the charge. To decide the issue, Harvey challenges Mike to a winner takes all showdown.
Louis mulls over Anita Gibbs' offer to turn on his compatriots in exchange for immunity. Meanwhile, Harvey and Mike look to a new, last-ditch strategy to win the case.
As Mike's day of reckoning draws near, it threatens to shatter the lives of those closest to him. Faced with the uncertain outcome of his court battle, Mike makes the one play he has left.

- great season 55 star

like it so good cant wait for s6

- disappointing3 star

I hate to say it, but I have not enjoyed this season. Suits used to be one of my favorite shows, but this season, everything is so dra-mah-tic. Everyone’s yelling all the time and there are no bits of humor to lighten the mood as there were in seasons 1-4. I miss the funny Louis Litt! I may try season 6 if it continues, because I’ve been with the show since the beginning, but I’m not really liking the characters anymore.

- a sinking melodrama3 star

Season 1-4 were excellent. Season 5 is tedious, unending in soap opera melodrama, and predictable. With so many people knowing Mike’s “secret", where else could this season end up? Bring back the courtroom, the legal issues, and the occasional power play.

- All the episodes is just too notch so far!!!5 star

One of the best series out there, from the Pilot to the last episode as of season 5 as of now & beyond! Just give it a try cause you can't go wrong with this show!

- Taking off like a Rocket - Spect tacular !5 star

The First stage of season was admittedly slow and soapy. Second stage propels itself back to the Legal Drama it is. Courtroom scenes spect tacular.

- Amazing5 star

Excited about the new episodes

- Thought4 star

I’m a bit bored with the relationship dramas with Mike’s secret. I would like to see more case-related stories rather than internal conflicts.

- By far the most entertaining5 star

This used to be thr Best freaking show out there. They did an excellent job casting the characters and they do a great job filling their roles. Extremely entertaining. Although, seasons 1 and 2 were the best. I feel like now its becoming more soap opra-ish and less about the cases. Please go back to the way you filmed the first few seasons and take the drama out of it!!! Would law and order be as exciting as it is if we focused more on love life than the crime? Nope. Hope Suits can make a come back...

- Best show5 star

I love this show ! Some people may not like how this season started off but I do. I love Harvey !!

- Best show5 star

I have watch this show from the beginning. It's The best show out

- LOVE this show…..5 star

A little “soap opera ish” but I love the show, the outfits, the banter…..all the characters, great show

I don’t get why people give this show low ratings because of how late ITUNES uploads the episodes. These ratings are for you to put on how you think of the show, not how soon or late they are up on iTunes. And for me? I think this show is FANTASTIC, I’ve been watching this since 2011 when the first season was about to end.. <3

- Season 5 ruined a great series1 star

Seasons 1-4 were nothing short of incredible- witty dialogue, clever plot writing, and constant alpha male posturing. Season 5, however, is a poorly done soap opera. The actors themselves look uncomfortable with such pandering. In essence, Mike and Harvey had their balls removed. The result is painful to watch.

- The show picked itself back up5 star

We’re only 8 episodes in but each week the show keeps getting better where it has already come back to the level it was back in seasons 1 and 2. This season has been amazing.

- Why The Fuss?5 star

What turned out to what seemed to be a wild direction as the season began, it turned into one incredible ride. This may be easily the best season yet. Really good mixture of court room drama and office politics.. stop your whining people. Suits is excellent.

- I can’t stop saying this: I am loving this show!5 star

I have watched every episode of this season so far; all I can say is that it has a captivating dramatic twist that keeps you coming for more. I personally think this is a rather unusual, but interesting, way of developing a storyline that grips you by your emotions. Loving it!

- Loveeee it5 star

Cannot wait for next episodes

- Dissed1 star

Used to be a well written fast paced legal drama with a sprinkle of soap opera. Now it is just a poorly written daytime soap. No longer worth watching

- Running out of steam?3 star

I have loved watching this show over the past four years; however the first episode of the new season was a little disappointing. I agree with a previous commenter that the show is headed in the wrong direction, and it now seems more like a daytime drama. It’s time to focus more on the legal issues, and spend less time on office conflicts and romances.

- don’t become a soap...2 star

I watched every episode of Suits of the last years but what started out as a great lawyer show plus workplace drama turned into a soap…how can I take Harvey serious as a character after this first episode of this season. Come on! These are not real problems no matter how hard you try…turn this show around to it’s original core, Please!!!!!!!

Can't say enough about how great this series is!

- Never Ending Plot5 star

I love this show. I live in the Czech Republic and it just kills me I don't get to see it live. I have to wait 24 hours and watch it on Itunes on my Season Pass. Its just a bunch of exciting plots and none are ever repeated. Outstand cast and outstanding cast.

- Suits Supreme5 star

It’s got the sophistication, the savvy, the smarts and the look that keeps me coming back for more! I have purchased all 5 seasons…and will continue to do so…I love this show!

- It's Back5 star

Yes Yes! I love this show a lot! It has great drama!
